A challenging photoshop composite. The background image was my first item I had to work with. It's a poster from the mid-1800's and my client only had a picture from another collector who was selling the piece. The original photo was taken with a cell phone and was sitting on the floor of a room with tons of tables, chairs, etc. around it and the poster's actual size is 4x8 feet so, the picture had to be taken from quite a distance away at at an unusually odd angle and the bottom right corner was obscured by furniture. I had to manipulate it in photoshop to get it square and legible and then using content-aware to recreate the bottom right corner.
I had done all the product shots months before with a light box but, still had to edit in lightroom and photoshop. Once in photoshop it came down to making selections, mask etc. for individual pieces.
